Choose from five meeting rooms and our grand ballroom, each perfect choices for meetings, conferences, social functions, government meetings and special events. All meeting rooms at The Palmdale Hotel feature wi-fi and wired internet access, and you can count on our professional catering and planning staff to help arrange your next meeting or special event.

Our ballroom is the most spacious formal venue available in all of Palmdale, offering 3,306 sq. ft. and features warm, natural light from our large floor-to-ceiling windows. This convenient space is accessible through four entrances, is convenient to parking, provides easy loading and unloading, and offers both secure wireless and wired Internet access.

Accommodating 25 to 180 guests with a dance floor, 25 to 240 guests without a dance floor, and up to 300 guests conference-style, this elegant ballroom is the perfect choice for your special event.

Our ballroom can be further divided into individual rooms ranging from 600 sq. ft. to 1100 sq. ft., using our soundproof modular meeting walls. We also offer an executive boardroom, which seats 11 guests in a comfortable 300 sq.ft. setting.
